Customer Experience Academy

Pet City started the Pet City Academy. The goal of the Academy is to support and help Pet City employees grow in their field of work. Based on the practical results of the 1st level and the proposals made by the participants of the Academy in its first phase, the second phase of the Academy remained steadfast in the goals and commitment of the company.

The second level of the Academy emphasized the cultivation of administrative skills, through an interactive and effective training experience. The curriculum was intended to give participants the skills and competencies that will help its employees today, tomorrow and pave the way for the development of the company’s human resources.

Among the main goals of Pet City Academy is the development of a modern corporate culture that leaves behind the simple Customer service and proceeds to deliver Experience.
