Sofia Skevofylaka is the Cofounder & Chief Commercial Officer of Hatzi Filax Group. She is trainer and consultant which focuses on giving experiences, whether that is through her trainings on soft skills, customer experience, leadership, diversity or entrepreneurship or through her consulting of SME and Corporations that focus on Customer Experience and Employee Experience transformation. She has trained multiple companies in many industries both in Greece and the UK. Her company has received multiple Greek awards such as Best Reskilling Strategy – HR Awards Greece and Best Customer Experience Culture Initiate – Loyalty Awards.
She an Alumni of the MSc Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Management from Imperial College London Business School. She has been awarded from Imperial Business School with the Diversity in Business Award 2020. During her years in the UK, she was the president of the Dean’s Student Advisory Panel at Imperial College Business School. She was also elected as the President of the Dundee University Student Association and she was running a 6million pounds company with over 300 employees at the age of 23. She graduated from the University of Dundee in Scotland with a BSc in International Business with Marketing (with First Class Honors). During her years in the University of Dundee, she has been awarded 6 national awards for offering the Best Student Experience with her team.
